We have arrived safely at your apartment. It is lovely! We were a little later in getting here, but of course your mum was waiting. The flight was a little late in arriving in Lima. The journey was long and we were very pleased to get into the very comfortable bed. We are now seeing the pacific ocean for the first time today from the apartment. It is so very cloudy here, but beautiful by the beach.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained all necessary appliances. The only thing missing was a washing machine but because I knew this in advance this was not an issue, though it would have been nice if it was present. The apartment was situated in a very good neighborhood and fairly close to the beach and the Miraflores center. It was a pity that there was a lot of construction going on in the area which made a lot of noise. This was very annoying but I suppose I was just a little unlucky that this was going on during my stay. In all I was very satisfied with the apartment and also Mrs Torres was very friendly and helpful. Thanks and I will certainly come again in the future.

My wife and I stayed at the apartment for nine days. I have to agree with everything that has been written about the apartment, great location, nice building. I would also like to add that the apartment is close to everything without being too close. Noise was never a problem. Everything was great. The doormen always treated us very nice. The only small issue we had with the apartment was that the wood floor had needed to be wet mopped. At the end of our first day I noticed that the bottom of my white socks had turned black. Thank you for the use of your apartment it was very nice. Looking forward to our next trip to Lima.

The service was excellent and helpful. The family made sure we had everything we need. The home was comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Felt like home after a short time of being there. It was in close proximity of the beach and the shops were a short walk away. Only one complaint of no baking tray to cook anything in the oven, other than that had a great stay all round. We stayed there a week. It's a pretty apartment, very calm, safe and the views from the 13th floor are spectacular. Very comfortable beds and with all you really need, the kitchen has full equipment. With a lot of TV channels and Internet. Everything is close, Larcomar, the beach, La Rosa Nautica... Highly recommended!!! Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

Estuvimos una semanita y la disfrutamos muchisimo. El apartamento es bonito, tranquilo y seguro. Mejor que muchos hoteles de Lima. Esta muy bien situado. Con unas vistas preciosas al Pacifico. De beveiliging is erg goed en de bewakers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het apartement is 13 hoog. wij hebben alles lopend kunnen doen. Centrum en winkels zijn vlak bij.

I had a wonderful time at your apartment! I felt safe and secure the entire time I was there. The views from your apartment are spectacular! I would mention to future renters that your apartment is on the 13th of 15 floors with unbelievable views of Miraflores, the city and the Pacific Ocean. The guards in the lobby are always there and are very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was large and much nicer than any hotel! Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are very conveniently located within a short walking distance. The apartment itself has everything you need to move in and start enjoying your time in Lima. I will contact you about renting your beautiful apartment on my next visit. It was everything you described and photographed, but so much more! I recommend this apartment to anyone who prefers having a "home away from home" instead of just a hotel room. A beautiful home with extremely reasonable prices. The owner was very accommodating to adjust their arrival and departure times at the apartment to coincide with my flight schedule. They even let me check out at 8:00 PM because I had an 11:00 PM flight! You won't get that at any hotel, without special charges!

The apartment has been wonderful , the time here was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant on the rocks yesterday, Rosa Nautica. The only problem here is everyone runs a game on the tourist, short changed 8 times so far and the taxis are the worst, they drop you in the middle of no where when you dont agree to and increase in fare, they start complaining about how far they are going and how you bartered a bad price so he cant go all the way without more money. Anyway, other than that we have had a ball. Thanks again for your kindness.

Como lo especificado en el website, el departamento esta situado en el corazon de Miraflores a una cuadra del malecon. Los dormitorios muy comodos y con todo lo necesario para la estadia. Lo mas importante era la seguridad del edificio con receptionista a la orden del dia y de la noche. Mi novio y yo tuvimos la oportunidad de caminar todo el malecon hasta Larco Mar sin necesidad de tomar un taxi. Teniamos el ovalo o parque al frente del cual tambien pudimos caminar toda la Avenida Pardo hasta la Avenida Larco para ver tiendas y restaurantes. Todos los dias pudimos desayunar con pan frances fresquito ya que Vivanda estaba a unas cuadras del apartamento donde tambien pudimos comprar otros viveres. Para mi fue muy relajante poder levantarme, abrir las ventanas, dejar el viento entrar y poder ver el horizonte. Mis hermanas y yo te agradecemos por darnos esta oportunidad durante este importante evento de las Bodas de Oro de nuestros padres al cual teniamos que atender y gracias a tu servicio y hospitalidad pudimos gozar.

Harold & Katy P (USA) Your apartment was nice, it was clean and the building was well protected. It’s well located in the middle of MiraFlores with a nice view of the city, close to the beauty salon and easy access to transportations. We ate out everyday, but the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The only thing that I felt that the apartment was missing was a nice big mirror; we had to go to the elevator to see ourselves after getting dress to go out, there is a small mirror in the second bedroom, but that is not enough for most women. In general the apartment was worth every penny. Cecilia says: Thanks, a mirror has been installed now.

We loved our stay in Miraflores and we loved your apartment. The furnitures were comfortable and pretty. The television and the cable work well. The personnel of the building was sympathetic and always tried to help us. It was easy to go to the supermarket or the laundry which were very near. The sight from the apartment of the sea and of Miraflores were gorgeous. The only missing things were a good stove and a toaster. In fact it was difficult to cook with the stove provided. Cecilia says: A toaster and a gas cooker have been installed now.

The apartment was perfect for a family of four. (a small cabinet or larger shelves in both bathrooms would be very nice (for more storage, for make-up etc..), a large mirror would also be a plus. The views from the apartment are fantastic! Through the living room window we watched the local people hang-gliding from the cliffs every day, the ocean view is great as the apartment is located on the 13th floor. Great location just a couple blocks from everything. Our kids ages 12 and 16 also had an amazing time with the huge shopping malls, all of the outdoor markets and the beaches about an hour outside of Lima. Lima is a place we plan to come back to each year, so hopefully the apartment will be available when we come back.

All in all, it is a great place to stay. For the price, it is quite competitive and beats a decent hotel by at least 200 bucks. It is bigger than a hotel which is nice too, offering a kitchen, one and a half bathrooms and the living area and two bedrooms. Senoria del sulco is just down on Pardo and is a great restaurant. la mar is a great ceviche place pretty close too. We like sandwich.com for the lunch menu and smoothies. I guess I have some suggestions too. Of course it takes time to really get everything perfect but I will say this anyway. I wish you had better cable TV. As my dad spoke only English, I had hoped that it was comprehensive cable with movie channels and more English channels for him on his down time. Internet would be nice too but that is probably too much to ask. Cecilia says: Cable TV has much more channels now.

I found this nice new 2 bed room apartment with all you would need to make your stay in Lima a great, kitchen 1.5 baths enought space for 4 people close to the beach and in the center of miraflores and San Isidro close to laundry and internet you can grab a taxi in front of the apartment. I would return to this apartment each time I return to Peru, this is a safe place to stay and at a fair price.
